One of Hamilton's oldest schools said it will be business as usual for students tomorrow, despite a suspicious blaze damaging two of its buildings.
The Fire Service was called to Hamilton East School just before 7 this morning to find the hall and the dental unit on fire.
Flames were just starting to creep inside the buildings when crews arrived.
The two fires were lit separately and are being treated as suspicious.
The Fire Service said there's external damage to both buildings and some smoke and heat damage inside.
The school, which opened in 1872, is the oldest on its original site in Hamilton.
