A call for the inhabitants of a Hamilton flat to be evicted after two nights of riotous behaviour.
Around 150 people pelted police with bottles as parties on Friday and Saturday nights spiralled out of control.
Thirteen of them were arrested and will be appearing in court today.
Deputy Mayor Gordon Chesterman says the neighbours had to hide in their Wellington St homes and hope their fences were not pulled down or windows smashed by flying bottles.
"I think the neighbours have got a right to expect to live in a peaceful environment without having to put up with this sort of behaviour two nights in a row."
