The show must go on! 

Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl broke his leg mid-performance, but the frontman didn't let it stop him from finishing the show.

Grohl can be heard saying "I think I broke my leg" as he lay in front of the stage at the band's show at Gothenburg's Ullevi stadium.

He was later carried back on stage via a stretcher with his leg bandaged. 

He later uploaded x-ray evidence of his broken leg on Twitter.
