New Zealand fans are going to have to be quick when tickets go on sale for Taylor Swift's upcoming Reputation Tour next year.

The seven-time Grammy winner has confirmed a list of US dates on her official website, but noted gigs would also be announced for Britain, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

The news will be welcomed by the many Kiwi fans left disappointed when she didn't visit New Zealand on her 1989 album tour in 2015.

Swift is promoting her sixth album, Reputation, which was released on November 10 to positive reviews.

She last performed in New Zealand in 2013.
