American actor Ralph Taeger has died at his home in California after a long illness.
He was in several movies but was best known for regular roles in the 1960s TV series Klondike, set in the Alaska goldrush, the series Acapulco, and the western show Hondo, based on John Wayne's character in a 1953 movie of the same name.
He was 78.
