Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz have reportedly signalled plans to adopt a child, with sources claiming the decision would devastate his parents, amid an ongoing public feud.

Sources close to the couple said the pair has had “several conversations” about adoption options, according to the Sun.

“They both want a brood of children, and for at least one to be adopted,” the source said, adding that the couple are “firmly aligned” in their plans.

“They both know they come from a place of unimagined privilege and therefore strongly want to give back by offering a disadvantaged baby or child the best possible life.”

The close source noted Brooklyn’s use of the phrases “future family” and “future children” in his recent Instagram post criticising his parents, calling them “intentional statements”.

On January 19, Brooklyn, 26, released a series of six Instagram stories blasting his “evil” parents David and Victoria Beckham, alleging they had “been trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped“.

The embattled influencer claimed his family prioritised “public promotions and endorsements above all else” and that his parents’ controlling ways left him with “overwhelming anxiety”.

The online chef said he had no desire to reconcile with his family, citing their “constant disrespect” of his wife.

He took particular aim at his mother Victoria, claiming she pulled out of making Nicola’s wedding dress at the eleventh hour, leaving the bride frantically scrambling for a replacement.

A source close to the couple told the Sun that David and Victoria wondered if Nicola was pregnant after reading Brooklyn’s statement.

“David and Victoria adore the idea of becoming grandparents,” they said.

“As two hugely family-orientated people, it would cut them deep not to have a role in a prospective grandchild’s life.

“The prospect of reading about an adopted baby on Instagram does not bear thinking about for them but, sadly, it is a very real prospect.”

The source said the couple is also considering adoption as Peltz recently lost weight for a film role, leaving her unable to give birth after her weight dropped to under 100 pounds (45kg).

Nicola’s sister Brittany Peltz also posted a social media post which appeared to support the couple’s plans, the Sun reported.

“That dream was planted in your heart for a reason”, a message posted to Brittany’s Instagram read last night.

Last week, photos emerged showing Brooklyn had covered up a tattoo that was dedicated to his dad.

“There is so much hurt and pain on his side, it would not be genuine to keep such a tribute on his body,” a source said.

Brooklyn is reported to be in talks with Penguin Random House for a tell-all book about his family drama.

The publishing house was also responsible for printing Prince Harry’s 2023 memoir Spare.
