A Christchurch truck driver's been charged following a fatal crash with a cyclist last year.
A 50-year-old man's been charged with careless driving causing death after he turned in to the path of a cyclist on September 29 on Waterloo Road.
The cyclist, 33-year-old Ming-Chih Hsieh died at the scene.
The driver's due to appear in the Christchurch District Court next week, police investigations are ongoing.
