Police have laid a second charge against a 33-year-old man who's due in court today after a sexual assault in Palmerston North.
The first charge of sexual violation relates to an attack in Ferguson Street 12 days ago.
This latest charge is laid over another sexual assault last Thursday at a Linton Street house.
