A man who posted footage online of two men who allegedly assaulted Jesse Ryder threw court documents in the bin, after being accused of failing to do his time.
Jordan Mason was sentenced to 140-hours of community service after uploading a video to YouTube of the pair, when they appeared in court last year.
Both have name suppression.
Jordan Mason told the judge the confidential documents had been around 24 sets of hands before getting to him.
He says that's something he strongly disagrees with.
But Judge Strettell urged Mason to reconsider, saying reading the documents would be in his best interest for the remainder if the case.
Mason's been remanded on bail until January 19.
