The former Malaysian defence attache who indecently assaulted a Wellington woman will be sentenced this morning.
Muhammad Rizalman pleaded guilty in November, and will be sentenced in the High Court in Wellington.
Rizalman insists he wasn't sexually motivated when he went into Tania Billingsley's home without trousers on in 2014, and has previously indicated he may ask for a discharge without conviction.
