Queenstown's mysterious kidnapping case appears to be over with the arrest of the last man police were searching for.

Pita Wilson was located without incident in Frankton last night.

He was being sought in relation to an alleged kidnap incident in Queenstown last Tuesday involving four possible offenders, one victim, and a woman whose role is unclear.

Earlier in the day police located 23-year-old Joshua Veint who they'd also been looking for.
