Updated 11.15am: A third person has been arrested and charged in relation to the death of a man in Taita on Thursday night.

A 19-year-old woman has already been charged with the murder of Adam Watkins.

Police arrested a 40-year-old Hutt Valley man yesterday and charged him with being an accessory after the fact.

Another man arrested on Friday, faces the same charge.

Two people charged following a fatal Lower Hutt shooting have appeared in court.

A 19-year-old woman, charged with his murder, and a 40-year-old man, charged with suppressing evidence, both appeared in the Hutt Valley District Court this morning.

Both were granted name suppression and have been remanded in custody until early next month when they'll appear in the High Court in Wellington.
