Things are looking up for kiwifruit growers.
Zespri is forecasting record per-hectare returns this season for Green Kiwifruit and Organic Green.
The returns come as a result of short supply - partly from Chile - favourable market conditions, and strong end of season sales.
The short supply is because there's been a shortage of Green kiwifruit from Chile.
