One of the country's biggest fraudsters turned 65 yesterday, and investors $115 million out of pocket want his superannuation payments.
David Ross is serving 10 years and 10 months in prison for defrauding investors through his company Ross Asset Management.
Investors spokesman Bruce Tichbon says they know it's unlikely but they want his superannuation as a symbolic gesture for their losses.
"We just kind of feel that it's gross that all the tax that the robbed investors had made over the years go to paying his superannuation and he should be doing something to give it back."
