Small business exporters have enjoyed major growth over the past year, according to the latest MYOB Business Monitor survey.

Their revenue growth of 48% has far outstripped the national average.

MYOB spokesman Adam Ferguson says despite a high dollar and some uncertainty in international markets, small to medium enterprise exporters have performed extremely well.

"They're certainly predicting strong sustainable growth with their pipelines up from the previous period. In fact most exporters are looking to add additional full time and part time employees which I think really speaks to the confidence that the sector has."
