With the new year comes the itch for new job opportunities - and with that, the arduous task of revamping your C.V.

Xero's Talent Experience Manager Louise Joyce told Tim Dower it's worth tailoring your C.V to the role you're applying for.

She says another thing that'll make you stand out from the crowd is really telling your story and highlighting your achievements.

"It's really important to humanise your application.

"Your C.V is what will give you talking points in your interview with your prospective new employer, which you can have a bit of fun with."
