As usual, reffing has been the talk of the town this Rugby World Cup, and as usual, fans and coaching staff are getting a bit frustrated at a perceived lack of accountability by refs for their shocking calls.

NZ Rugby head of refereeing Chris Pollock believes there may be a place for refs facing up for their decisions. He explained to D'Arcy Waldegrave on Sportstalk.
