NICI WICKES: Food
It’s cauliflower season and we can only eat so much cauliflower cheese! I seriously love making and eating this pizza which has a base made from cauliflower - it might sound crazy but it’s crispy yet bendy and mightily delicious for all pizza lovers. Gluten free folk don’t need to miss out on enjoying a slice (or two, or three!) of scrumptious pizza either! The recipe for cauliflower pizza is on our page ... for more inspiration visit http://www.niciwickes.com/ or her Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/#!/niciwickes

BOB CAMPBELL: Wine
Bob's wine of the week:
Forrest Estate “The Doctor’s” Sauvignon Blanc $22
This is certainly one of the best low alcohol (9.5%) style Sauvignon Blanc that I have yet tasted. It has fresh herb and subtle passion fruit flavours, a silky texture and gentle acidity which masks any suggestion of sweetness and finishes pleasingly dry.

ANDREW DICKENS: Music
Sting "57th & 9th" and an anthem for driving fast called Petrol Head. Andrew's verdict: 6/10
For the first part of the album Sting is back with his foot on the accelerator and it’s not so dissimilar from the Police of old. Halfway through he gets a bit wombly and maudlin with a series of ballads. Overall, this is an album I can listen to rather than some of his self indulgent twaddle of the last decade but it’s not a wholesale return to the halcyon days. He’s announced a big tour which will be awesome but this album is not a “must have”.
