Updated 3.28pm: The circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found yesterday at St Mary's School in Avondale in Auckland have been found not to be suspicious.

A post-mortem examination has been conducted, identifying the man as 50-year-old Clarrie Henry.

Police are not seeking anyone in relation to the death and the matter has now been referred to the coroner.

His body was discovered by a parishioner who'd just left Easter mass at a church located on the school grounds.
