Kim Dotcom could face deportation from New Zealand.
The embattled internet entrepreneur is facing trouble over his residency application after he declared a conviction for speeding.
Immigration New Zealand says Dotcom could now be deported over the issue, as the conviction would have stopped him being granted residency unless he had a character waiver.
Dotcom now has until May 4 to make a submission in his defence.
The final decision lies with Immigration New Zealand minister Michael Woodhouse and is expected to be made within a month."
