Dame June Whitfield, a star of a series of comedy and soap operas for decades, has died.
The London-born actress is well known for her roles in Absolutely Fabulous, EastEnders and the long-running sitcom Terry And June
She was made a dame last year, at 92, for her services to drama and entertainment.
Her agent says she passed away peacefully on Friday.
