A 25-year-old man who cut of his electronic monitoring bracelet has been found by police in Hamilton.
Wen-Hao Liang removed his bracelet and left Auckland earlier this week.
Police says he's now back in custody and will appear in the Hamilton District Court today charged with breach of bail.
