You can manage your subscription online including cancelling by accessing ‘My Account’ found at the top right of the website. Once in your account, select ‘Subscription’ to manage your subscription.

Am I locked into a contract? Or can I cancel whenever? Â
You can cancel at any time. Your access will cease at the end of the active paid period, based on your subscription type. Â

How can I identify paid content on the website?
You will find locked articles on a variety of sections and subjects. Â

How can I update or change my payment details? Â
If your credit card has expired or changed, you can update your details by following the steps:Â
- Visit www.newstalkzb.co.nz and sign into your account to manage your subscription
- At the top right of the website access ‘My Account’ and, go to ‘Subscriptions’
- Once on the ‘Subscriptions’ page, click on ‘Manage your subscription’
-  Underneath the Payment Method heading, you will see your credit card details and the expiry date use + payment method to add a new credit card
