A body has been found in the Franz Josef workshop flattened by a bulldozer and then torched by its owner last night.
Clive Jenkins, the owner of the Franz Josef Mechanical workshop, allegedly went on a rampage with his bulldozer while his house and workshop was on fire.
His distraught partner told a neighbour the couple were arguing before the destructive rampage which left the property in ruins.
Acting District Commander Vicki Walker says the body hasn't been identified, but it's believed to be Mr Jenkins.
"While we complete a formal identification process with the assistance of the coroner, we believe it to be the body of the male occupant of that property."
Police and fire investigators have been sifting through the burned-out shell of the business to try to determine what happened.
