'Europe not paying enough for NATO'

The way NATO operates has come under intense scrutiny, with European countries like Germany, France and Spain accused of not paying their fair share, and leaving the United States to pay for the majority of the agreement.

UK Correspondent Rod Liddle says the tough negotiation tactics from President Trump are more than fair.

" He has a point that the Europeans are not paying enough, he is saying you cannot keep relying on the US to pick up the tab."
