Big changes to how driver service Uber operates in Europe.
The EU's highest court, the European Court of Justice, has deemed Uber officially to be a transport company, not an app, and will now have to play by the same rules as any other taxi firm.
Paris correspondent Catherine Field told Mike Hosking that means it'll have to use registered, certified taxi drivers.
"It's a bad move in Uber's eyes, they say well look we were just about to have this wonderful new digital platform that would link people much better and now Europe's highest court has thrown it out."
