There will be a rally in the United States tomorrow ahead of the release of Brock Turner.
Three months ago, the Stanford University student sexually assaulted a drunk and unconscious 22-year-old woman on campus.
The 19-year-old was sentenced to six months in prison and will be released tomorrow after serving half of that.
Stanford University law professor Michelle Dauber, who will be leading the rally, told Rachel Smalley it's part of the effort to get the judge voted off the bench.
"The goal of the rally is to call attention to the unreasonably lenient sentence that the judge gave Mr Turner, and to educate voters about his overall record of leniency."
Dauber said that judge rules in favour of privileged defendants who are convicted of violence against women.
