A gunman has reportedly unleashed gunfire near a metro station in Lille, France, wounding at least three people.
French reports say there were several shots fired near the Porte d'Arras metro station in northern France at around 9.50pm (local time).
Armed police have sealed off roads leading into the city centre.
It is unclear if the attacker has been detained.
Police said they do not consider the case to be terror-related, France Bleu Nord reported.
