A report has found that British Intelligence could not have stopped the murder of soldier Lee Rigby.
Two Islamist extremists hacked him to death outside a military barrack in May last year.
The two have been sentenced and are in prison.
UK correspondent Gavin Grey says this report was all about whether the security services should have known the pair were a danger.
"This report has found that actually the murder of Lee Rigby could not have been prevented despite his killers appearing in seven different intelligence investigations.
"The report did find errors in security operations but said they were not significant enough to have made a difference."
