A date's been set for the court battle over Wellington's proposed Basin Reserve Flyover.
A two week hearing has been set down to start in the High Court on July 20, as the New Zealand Transport Agency tries to overturn a decision to scrap the project.
Save The Basin's Tim Jones says that gives them four months to raise 50-thousand dollars in legal fees.
"We've raised quite a lot of it. We've still got a lot more to raise.
"So obviously this gives us a target. We know we've got four months left to raise that money and we'll be step up our efforts to raise it."
