The woman whose drink driving records were looked up by Asenati Lole-Taylor says the confirmation it happened has been a long time coming.
Corrections has found the former New Zealand First MP accessed the information about Marise Bishop, which Mrs Lole-Taylor's husband was sacked for looking up.
Ms Bishop had alleged Mrs Lole-Taylor passed information about drink-driving convictions to senior party members in 2012.
She says she sorted herself out a long time ago, and had declared the convictions to the party anyway.
However she says it's been a frustrating process and she is really disappointed in the attitude and approach of Mrs Lole-Taylor.
She isn't expecting an apology from the former New Zealand First MP.
"I think I'm pushing for a miracle there," she says.
I have thought about it. I don't think it's going to make much of a difference. I don't think it'll be genuine anyway."
Marise Bishop says she has long turned her life around since her convictions - which she declared to the party anyway.
