An MP with a reputation for pushing boundaries in Parliament has done it again.
New Zealand First MP Ron Mark has previously hit the headlines for giving the finger in Parliament back in 2006, and then again last year when he used the F-word in the debating chamber.
During a debate on local government legislation last night, Mr Mark pushed new boundaries when his word was challenged by an unidentified Government MP.
"I won't be called a liar by that lying little s**t over there," he said.
It sparked an immediate response from Deputy Speaker Chester Borrows who said Mr Mark had flagrantly abused Parliament's rules.
He told the House Ron Mark had been at Parliament long enough to realise he was outside of standing orders.
