The Prime Minister will get to fire the first shots of the parliamentary year when the House sits for the first time tomorrow.
John Key can expect some torrid questions as Parliament resumes sitting this week.
Mr Key will open proceedings with a formal statement tomorrow ahead of the first question time being held on Wednesday.
Labour Leader Andrew Little is predicting it will be a full on week given the issues that have cropped up over the break.
He says they include the likes of Iraq, the Sky City Convention centre, and former MP Mike Sabin.
