The Prime Minister can expect to be fielding more questions about his dealings with Cameron Slater.
It follows a ruling by Parliament's Speaker that he should have answered a question posed by Green co-leader Russel Norman on Wednesday in the House.
Dr Norman says his understanding is that Mr Key did have ministerial responsibility when talking to the blogger.
"It does mean that next week we can put questions down.
"Hopefully the Speaker will make the Prime Minister answer questions about his conversations with Cameron Slater in relation to Pike River."
