The immigration case against Kim Dotcom is likely to be taken very seriously.
Dotcom didn't disclose a 2009 conviction for driving dangerously, when applying for residency in New Zealand.
The conviction took place only eight months before.
Association for Migration and Investment chair June Ranson says, even if it was a mistake, concealing information is taken very seriously.
"If that person has in fact been giving false information on various applications it would be very questionable and it would be seriously looked at."
