One of Wellington's best-loved culinary masters is taking on an all new task.
Al Brown's been asked to redesign the in-flight menu for daily China Southern Airlines flights between Auckland and Guangzhou.
He'll use the new menu to showcase iconic New Zealand meats, produce and local wine.
The airline says he could be asked to add some Kiwi flavour to menus on other routes.
