There are demands for the Government to intervene after failures on the 111 emergency service line.
Labour MP Clare Curran is is calling for action after some callers were unable to get through, and some were cut off, while trying to use the service over the weekend.
She says the situation shows there's something wrong with the system.
Curran says the ICT and Emergency Service Ministers should demand an explanation from Spark and ask if it's delivering its service obligations.
