The Waikato woman accused of visa fraud involving Filipinos working in the dairy industry has been named.
She is 35-year-old New Zealand - Philippines national Loraine Anne Candor Jayme.
An appeal to have her name suppression continued was denied at the High Court at Hamilton this afternoon.
She's yet to enter pleas on 284 dishonesty charges for falsifying information to support work visas.
Her lawyer Roger Laybourn argued publishing her name would affect her children, the health of her family overseas and personal safety.
Justice Wylie says he's satisfied it would not cause extreme hardship and that any threat can be mitigated.
All the migrant workers affected by this alleged offending have been granted work visas.
