There's to be no reopening of the police investigation into the murder of Auckland woman Susan Burdett.
It comes after the Privy Council ruled Teina Pora should not face a retrial in the case.

Commissioner Mike Bush says Susan Burdett absolutely deserves justice but police need fresh evidence to enable a new investigation to be pursued.
"There is no fresh evidence that would enable us to reinvestigate that matter."
