All residents affected by the Port Hills Fires now have access to their properties again.

The last two property owners at the top of Worsleys Road gained access this morning, two weeks after first being evacuated.

The Huntsbury Track cordon at the top of the Cashmere Hills was also removed this afternoon.

However, the majority of walking tracks still have cordons around Kennedys Bush and the Summit Road.
