Labour party members in Christchurch will have their turn tonight to take part in the selection of their new leader.
The four candidates, Andrew Little, Nanaia Mahuta, David Parker and Grant Robertson will each battle it out for the top position in the fourth hustings meeting of their nationwide selection.
In the open session party members will have a chance to listen to each candidate and pose difficult questions to see how each potential leader would handle the tough spot.
Labour Party general secretary Tim Barnett says it's only a year since members went through this process so they're ready to see something different.
After 10 more meetings around the country, the result of the leadership election will be announced on November 18th.
