Everything is above board.

That's the findings of a Commerce Commission investigation into an alleged monopoly on the plasterboard market.

The review found no basis for allegations of anti-competitive behaviour by Winstone Wallboards, a subsidiary of Fletcher Building.

The Commission says evidence suggests the loyalty shown to Winstone, and its large market share, are likely a result of a number of other factors.
