Halloween has done nothing to spook world stock markets.
In the US, both the Dow Jones and S&P 500 have hit new highs.
The Dow Jones was up 175 points a few minutes ago, at 17,371.
Japan's Nikkei jumped almost five percent on news of a fresh stimulus package there.
And Britain, France and Germany are all up at least one percent.
