Tonga, Samoa to get new high commissioners

New high commissioners have been appointed to Tonga and Samoa.

Career diplomat Mark Talbot, currently working at our High Commission in Canberra, will take up the role in Tonga.

And fellow diplomat Jackie Frizelle has been appointed to the Samoa role.

She most recently worked for the New Zealand Aid Programme.
