Old Facebook content can boost mood - study

If you're feeling low, log into Facebook and look at your profile for a pick-me-up.

The Daily Mail reports a new study has found looking at old photos of yourself on Facebook can boost your mood and be as soothing as a walk in the park.

Researchers found users typically post positive pictures and status updates on the social network site.

By looking back at these when you're feeling down, we're reminded of happier times.
