Uncertainty around what lies ahead for the Wellington region with new water reforms coming into place.

The government is planning to axe its predecessor's Three Waters reforms, and make it easier for councils to establish council controlled organisations, for water delivery.

Hutt City Mayor Campbell Barry chairs the Wellington Water Shareholders' group, and told Nick Mills what the proposed changes could mean for the region, in light of the current water crisis.
