Britain has banned all pet shops from selling puppies and kittens to try stop puppy farming. Buyers will have to buy directly from a breeder instead. It comes after calls in New Zealand to stop the inbreeding of brachycephalic breeds, such as French Bulldogs, due to breathing and health problems.
