Martine Udahemuka: Filling skills shortages

Martine Udahemuka is a NZ Initiative researcher looking into how we can help unemployed New Zealanders into work, particularly in areas where there's a shortage.

She's just back from Europe, visiting countries where they make a real effort to do exactly that.

Martine called into the studio to talk about what she's found and if there's anything New Zealand can learn from.
