Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison was in the Greater Melbourne area recently, which is now covered by a public health order issued in New Zealand.

It is unclear what this means at this stage, and if Morrison will be required to return a negative Covid-19 test result before his scheduled arrival in New Zealand on Sunday.

The Section 70 public health order issued requires anybody in New Zealand who has been in the Greater Melbourne area to self-isolate until they returned a negative Covid-19 test.
