Tomorrow is International Men's Health Day, serving as a reminder for men to put their health and wellbeing first.

Statistics show that men are less likely to visit the doctor and tend to live more unhealthy lifestyles.

Phil Clemas, Chair of The Men's Health Trust, and Dr Abhi Charukonda, a doctor at Auckland Hospital A&E, joined The Weekend Collective to answer talkback caller's questions around prostate health and to discuss what made them get their health checked.
